What initially got Robert into music was playing he the trumpet while attending elementary school playing classical music and some film music as well.  By the time Robert was a high schooler he learned how to play drums and guitar at the Seattle Drum School and got into rock music like Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin.  Soon after learning all of these instruments he started to get into recording himself as well as some friends through GarageBand. 

 

After a couple of years at UW he decided shift gears and make a career making music and went to another school.  At SCC he learned how to effectively produce music by learning some basic music theory, how to record instruments live, and how to use analog and plugins to properly mix-down a song.  He received his AAAS Degree in Audio Engineering in 2019.

Soon after graduating he applied both songwriting and mixing techniques he learned from school and found Comet of Dreams and released his first EP, The Voyage in January 2020 and on the verge of releasing his new EP, Crusader  in May, 2021.
